In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important for interpreting your rights and obligations as a jk99 platform user.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this document (where provided), the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Access to, and use of, the jk99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. jk99 maintains a strict 18+ only policy. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any balance returned in accordance with our terms.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order — whether applied voluntarily through jk99 or through any other mechanism — at the time of registration or continued play.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on jk99. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held across those accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. jk99 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time and to request supporting documentation.

jk99 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Where documentation is requested, accepted forms include national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether their use of the jk99 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. jk99 does not represent or warrant that the platform is legally accessible from all locations. Players who access jk99 from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

jk99 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other means to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from jk99 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

jk99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity is detected, where verification documentation is not provided within required timeframes, or where the account holder is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on jk99 — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jk99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions processed through supported payment methods.

Supported Deposit Methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Credited within 30 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Credited within 30 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Upay — Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Bank Transfer — BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Minimum: ৳1,000. Processing time: 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard (where supported) — Minimum deposit: ৳1,000.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 2–6 hours during BST business hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM BST, Monday to Saturday).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–2 BST business days depending on the receiving institution.
• All outstanding wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a wagering requirement is active may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.
• jk99 reserves the right to perform identity and payment method verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of their national identity card and a screenshot of their bKash, Nagad, or bank account confirming ownership.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided in their jk99 account are accurate and current. jk99 accepts no liability for delayed or failed transactions resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by the player.

jk99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including a 200% welcome bonus on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and verified identity.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your jk99 account and become subject to the stated wagering requirement before any conversion to real-money withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (and, where specified, the combined deposit and bonus amount). For example, a 200% welcome bonus of ৳20,000 on a ৳10,000 deposit carrying a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount requires ৳500,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–15%, and sports betting wagers at odds of 1.5 or above contribute 100%. Exact contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fully met.
• jk99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be disadvantaged by changes made after their opt-in date.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, account suspension, and may result in permanent closure.

As a jk99 player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your jk99 account. Any deposits found to have originated from fraudulent payment methods will be reversed and the account closed.
• Money Laundering: Using the jk99 platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to obscure the source of funds. jk99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Cheating & Collusion: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players or dealers, use prohibited software tools (bots, scripts, automated betting systems), or exploit bugs or errors in the platform software.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one jk99 account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances — including any real-money deposits — may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point during your relationship with jk99.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while a genuine query is pending resolution through jk99 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward jk99 support staff or other players. jk99 has a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment.

jk99 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund withholding during investigation, and referral to law enforcement agencies where criminal conduct is suspected.

Either you or jk99 may close a jk99 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your jk99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Please allow up to 5 BST business days for final balance processing on account closure requests.

If you are requesting account closure as a responsible gaming measure — because you feel gambling may be negatively affecting your life — jk99 strongly encourages you to also apply for a self-exclusion period. Suspension or Closure by jk99: jk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has failed to complete identity or payment method verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• The player has provided false registration information.
• The player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jk99.

Where an account is closed due to player-initiated responsible gaming measures (self-exclusion), jk99 will make every reasonable effort to ensure the closure is effective and that marketing communications are suspended immediately.
